Touchsuite - Another Highly Pissed off Customer
As (owner of City Lights Bar & Grill) inLas Vegas. I have been experiencing major problems with The Touchsuite POS system. I have never witness anything
Like this in my 18 years of entertainment and restaurant years.
These systems crash a lot during the busy times of my business.
It is a challenge getting anyone to respond. This weekend
Of April 7-9th 2016, I have called tech support over 20 times seeking
Urgent help. My systems have crashed again and I can't get anyone
to answer my calls or return phone calls.
My Friday and Saturdays are my most profitable days. Most days, I have 150-200 customers at once. This Touchsuite Systems crash and will not reboot again. It wouldn't even allow my Bartenders to ring up orders at all. We had to literally hand write
Every customer order. As a result, customers left and my business
made no money. This happens every other wknd. I have 3 POS systems and I hate them.
Frustration is an understatement. They don't have a problem
calling you 10 times a day for 1-day late payments. These are the worst
Systems ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Over the duration I've owned Touchsuite systems, I've lost thousands
Of dollars in revenue.
